Ground-Up Development
127 South Street is a ground-up development on the Passaic River waterfront, a short walk from South St Lofts.
The project adds 52 apartments to a stretch of riverfront that, a decade ago, had no housing at all. Stonegate is managing it from planning and entitlements through financing, construction and lease-up.
